Two years after the events of The Avengers, Steve Rogers works in Washington D.C. for the espionage agency S.H.I.E.L.D. under Director Nick Fury, while adjusting to contemporary society. Rogers and Agent Natasha Romanoff are sent with S.H.I.E.L.D.'s counter-terrorism S.T.R.I.K.E. team, led by Agent Rumlow, to free hostages aboard a S.H.I.E.L.D. vessel from Georges Batroc and his mercenaries. Mid-mission, Rogers discovers Romanoff has another agenda: to extract data from the ship's computers for Fury. Rogers returns to the Triskelion, S.H.I.E.L.D.'s headquarters, to confront Fury and is briefed about Project Insight: three Helicarriers linked to spy satellites, designed to preemptively eliminate threats. Unable to decrypt Romanoff's recovered data, Fury becomes suspicious about Insight and asks senior S.H.I.E.L.D. official Alexander Pierce to delay the project.


Verdict: A Great Action Blockbuster Movie.
Good Humour.
I would recommend this movie to any one.

In a dystopian future, robots known as Sentinelsare exterminating mutants and oppressing humans who harbor the genes that lead to mutant offspring. In an underground bunker in Moscow, a small band of mutants, including: Warpath, Blink,Bishop,Sunspot,Iceman, and Colossus, manage to evade the Sentinels due to Kitty Pryde, who can project a person's consciousness back in time to deliver warnings.

 


Pryde's group rendezvous with Storm, Wolverine, Professor Xavier and Magneto in a monastery in China. They decide to send Wolverine's consciousness back to 1973 to prevent Mystiquefrom murdering Bolivar Trask, the designer of the Sentinels. The assassination will make Trask a martyr, resulting in Mystique being captured and her DNA being reverse-engineered to create the formidable Sentinels of the future. Xavier advises Wolverine to seek out his and Magneto's younger selves for aid.



 
Wolverine wakes up in 1973 and travels to theX-Mansion, where he encounters Xavier and Hank McCoy. Xavier's Institute for Gifted Youngsters is closed since most of the students have died in the Vietnam War. Xavier has become a broken man and has regained his ability to walk due to a serum created by McCoy that, as a side effect, suppresses his telepathic powers. Wolverine explains his mission and persuades Xavier to free Magneto — who has been accused of assassinating John F. Kennedy — from a prison cell beneath The Pentagon. They enlist Peter Maximoff, a mutant with superhuman speed, to assist them.

 
Verdict: Cool Movie
Seen it yesterday I would give this movie five stars

In 1978, con artists Irving Rosenfeld and Sydney Prosser have started a relationship and are working together. Sydney has improved Rosenfeld's scams, posing as English aristocrat "Lady Edith Greensly". While Irving loves Sydney, he is hesitant to leave his agoraphobic wife Rosalyn out of fear of losing contact with their son, Danny. Rosalyn has also threatened to report Irving to the police if he leaves her. FBI agent Richard "Richie" DiMaso catches Irving and Sydney in a loan scam, but offers to release them if Irving can line up four additional arrests. Sydney opposes the agreement. Richie believes Sydney is English but has proof that her claim of aristocracy is fraudulent. Sydney tells Irving she will manipulate Richie, distancing herself from Irving.

Strike Back TV Series

 

Strike Back is a British action and military television series, based on a novel of the same name by novelist and former Special Air Service (SAS) soldier Chris Ryan. The series follows the actions of Section 20, a secretive branch of the British Defence Intelligence service (DI), who operate several high risk, priority missions throughout the globe.

The first series consists of six episodes. It follows John Porter who resigned from the SAS following the aftermath of a rescue mission in Iraq on the eve of the American led invasion in 2003, where two fellow soldiers were killed, apparently by a thirteen-year boy Porter failed to kill, leaving him responsible. Seven years later, Porter is "reactivated" following the kidnap of journalist Katie Dartmouthby the same terrorists he fought seven years ago, including the same boy, As'ad. Porter succeeds in rescuing Dartmouth and joins Section 20, headed by Hugh Collinson who was also present during the fateful mission. By the end of the series, it is revealed that Collinson was the one who killed the soldiers, and covered this up. Section 20 officer Layla Thompson discovers this, and blackmails Collinson into saving Porter's life in Afghanistan. There, Porter learns that during the mission, Collinson panicked and mistook the soldiers for terrorists. Taliban members raid their location, and Collinson is mortally wounded while aiding Porter's escape.

 The second series consists of ten episodes. Porter is captured by a Pakistani terrorist called Latif while investigating a planned operation of Latif, Project Dawn. Sergeant Michael Stonebridge finds disgraced ex-Delta Force operative Damian Scott  who would not be hired by even private military contractors, who previously worked with Porter to track Latif. After Porter is executed, Section 20 discover Porter left the team clues to a hotel in New Delhi, India, where a group of terrorists attempt to capture a weapons scientist with knowledge of hidden weapons of mass destruction originally used to plant in Iraq, which serves as a part of Project Dawn. The weapon, namely VX nerve gas was kept in storage, and Latif has known about its existence.




 

Series three called Vengence

 The third series consists of ten episodes. Former military intelligence operative, Major Rachel Dalton takes charge of Section 20. They work throughout Africa to gain their hands on four nuclear triggers which are in the wrong hands after a mission in Somalia. The triggers have originally been sold to Conrad Knox an English billionaire and philanthropist based in South Africa, who runs the Knox Foundation, charged with disarming unstable regions. However, it
becomes apparent that he is using the weapons to arm his own militia, and is using the triggers to build nuclear weapons with the intent on liberating Africa "to a point where its voice is not just heard but listened to." Due to Knox's influence, Section 20 is forced to go dark to stop him. In the meantime Stonebridge seeks revenge on Craig Hanson for murdering his wife, and Scott has to contend with Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) agent Christy Bryant (Stephanie Vogt), whom he used to work contract killings with. By the conclusion of the series, two of the bombs are recovered, and the remaining two were disarmed before they could destroy Johannesburg, Stonebridge fulfils his revenge, and Knox kills himself when he fails.

Scott and Stonebridge are recalled from holiday in California to capture Leo Kamalia high-ranking member of a terrorist cell led by al-Zuhari, an elusive terrorist. After capturing him in Colombia it is revealed that Kamali is working deep cover with the CIA to stop al-Zuhari. As Kamali is pressured to work with Section 20, Dalton is suspended by Colonel Philip Locke who takes charge. Dalton is later killed by the Real Irish Republican Army (IRA), who have joined forces with al-Zuhari's group. In the meantime, Scott and Stonebridge are wanted by the Russian mafia after killing the son of mob boss Arkady Ulyanov in Colombia. Scott learns he fathered a child from one of his past relationships, while Stonebridge is infected with a neurotoxin during one of Section 20's missions in Beirut, which affects his combat abilities.

The film begins in 2009, as an elderly Cecil Gaines recounts his life story, while waiting at the White House to meet the newly inaugurated President. Gaines was raised on a cotton plantation in 1926 Macon, Georgia, by his sharecropping parents. One day, the farm's owner, Thomas Westfall, rapes Cecil's mother, Hattie Pearl. Cecil's father confronts Westfall, and is shot dead. Cecil is taken in by Annabeth Westfall, the estate's caretaker, and trains Cecil as a house servant.

Keller Dover (Hugh Jackman), is a repairman his family attends a Thanksgiving dinner at the house of their neighbors, Franklin (Terrence Howard) and Nancy Birch. The same afternoon, both families' young daughters, Anna Dover and Joy Birch, go missing. An ensuing police search tracks down an RV that had been parked outside the Birch house,  around which the girls had been playing shortly before they disappeared. Detective David Loki (Jake Gyllenhaal) tries to confront the driver, Alex Jones (Paul Dano), who attempts to escape and is arrested.
